Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may require the design to be simplified or the appointment to be cancelled.
No-show policy
No-shows may be declined for future appointments. Please communicate early if something changes.
Design change policy
Major design changes may change the price or timing. Send inspo photos early so Eden can plan properly.
Payment policy
Final pricing depends on length, art, charms, removal, and service complexity. Eden will confirm payment details directly.
Guest policy
Please do not bring extra guests unless Eden says it is okay. This keeps the appointment private and comfortable.
